Britney Spears is currently working on shooting the music video for "Scream And Shout" the remix version featuring Will.i.Am, Hit Boy, Wacka Flocka Flame, Diddy and Lil Wayne. The remix is packed with A-list artists and judgning by the picture above the music video will hopefully be going in a whole new direction than the main version.
